No two customers ever require the same service from R5. However certain classes of company may require specific types of service from R5.
If you have a new technology for the manufacture of novel dosage forms or novel drug delivery and require a GMP host to enable companies to evaluate clinical products from that technology then R5 may be able to provide that home. Medium size pharma companies can require the entire spectrum of services provided by R5 for new dosage form development. Alternatively you may have your own facilities but be overwhelmed by the requirement for clinical trials materials, stability testing or the development of new formulations for existing APIs (i.e. Product Life Cycle management) .
