New Technology

If you have a new technology for the manufacture of novel dosage forms or novel drug delivery and require a GMP host to enable companies to evaluate clinical products from that technology then R5 may be able to provide that home. Your invention will be accommodated within the R5 GMP suites and subject to R5 training, validation and servicing SOPs. All development batches and clinical batches will be made under the R5 Quality System. An R5 QP will release any clinical products. Staff from the inventor company will be expected to provide training, or may choose to operate the equipment. Their training records etc will be organized using R5 SOPs. We can also supply analytical chemistry and stability testing service to provide a complete package for the inventor company and users of the technology. R5 business development staff will of course promote the technology.

Spray Drying This technology is rarely available in a cGMP environment. R5 produces spray dried materials to investigate the rapidly growing interest in amorphous materials. These can then be formulated into convenient dosage forms. Spray Drying is supervised by our spray drying strategic partner Upperton Ltd, whose offices are one block from R5.
