We can support a most dosage forms. We are unable to provide precise details of our projects for reasons of confidentiality. The following summaries are real examples.
          

Develop a combination tablet product where each active component has to be prepared separately. One active was declared by our customer to be impossible to compress. The product was successfully produced at R5.

Develop an 8 hour and 18 hour dissolution version of the same active as an uncoated tablet.

Customer required emergency action to coat tablets to meet clinical trial deadlines. Entire project was completed in 14 days.

Develop a formulation for a 2000mg oral product. Mint flavored resuspendable powder developed.

Develop a formulation for an API that is unstable in air. A liquid fill capsule product was developed.

Develop a buccal formulation for an API unstable at mouth pH. A dual component gel was developed.

Develop a topical for a new API. A variety of formulations were evaluated against a skin model and progressed to clinical trails.

Develop an injectable for a very unstable API without using lyophilisation. This was successfully completed.

Develop a manufacturing method for an unstable injectable suspension. This was successfully completed.
